Bruges Weekend break review (Hotel, travel, museum, dinner cost)

£120 p/p Executive room  includes Full breakfast

Travel: Eurostar £120 p/p
Taxi to Bruges Central station €8 (approx. 10 mins)

Total for 2 night inc travel £220 per person

Day 1
Shopping in and around Markt/ Grote Market square. The centre of the city plays host to a variety of high street and boutique shops which still maintain the character of the city.

Dinner: ‘t Vagevuur (English speaking waiters)

Day 2

Museums (€8 for Adults)
Choco Story – This chocolate museum set over 3 floors, tells the story of the history of chocolate. The journey through the museum culminates with a live chocolate making tutorial in both French and English language.

Archaeology museum – The history of the city from stone age to present day.
Church of our Lady,
Michelangelo original work of Madonna and child from 1504 is the cities most treasured works of art.

2 Be in Brugges (Wollestraat)
If you love your Beer, then you must visit the biggest beer cellar in Bruges. Towards the back of the entrance there is a bar, which opens out on to the canal where you can enjoy a beer or two.

Dinner:
Bistrot Du Phare (Sasplein) – Bistro Jazz
World Food, and local cuisine served in a warm hospitable environment. The Belgian decor is complimented with Singer sewing machine dinner tables, toped off with wine bottles hosting candles.
